About me
Professor André Restivo earned his Ph.D. in Informatics Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto in 2016. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at FEUP/DEI, he also holds the position of Research Fellow at the Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science Laboratory, University of Porto (LIACC). His primary research focuses include software engineering, IoT, automated program repair (APR), software testing, and machine learning (ML). With a prolific academic record, he has authored 45 articles published in conferences and journals with scientific referee. Prof. Restivo has actively contributed to 12 scientific research projects and is actively engaged in supervising (or co-supervising) 7 Ph.D. theses, in addition to having supervised (or co-supervised) over 60 M.Sc. dissertations. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director of the Bachelor in Informatics and Computing Engineering at FEUP.
