The QVIDA+ Project, conducted in partnership by Optimizer, UPorto and UMinho, focused on the development of an innovative information system for continuous monitoring of the Quality of Life (QoL) of cancer patients. This system was designed to provide automated, real-time assessments of QoL, offering valuable information for both patients and healthcare professionals. Main Results: (i) Development and validation of intelligent algorithms for predicting QoL and the effects of treatments: (ii) functional prototype tested with patients at Braga Hospital; (iii) effective model for the continuous assessment of QoL, which helps health professionals make more informed and personalized clinical decisions; (iv) publication and presentation of results at a large number of international workshops and conferences (https://qvida.pt/).
