Research Interests: Recommender Systems Machine Learning Learning Design and Hypermedia Adapative Systems

Dulce Mota is an Adjunt Professor at School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal (IPP-ISEP). She holds a MSc in Multimedia Technology (Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, 2008), a MSc in Informatics (University of Minho, 1996), and is graduated in Applied Mathematics /Informatics (Universidade Portucalense, 1988). Her main research interests lie in Recommender Systems, Machine Learning, Learning Design and Adaptive Educational Hypermedia Systems. She collaborates in the Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science Lab at the University of Porto (LIACC) and in the Games, Interaction and Learning Technologies Lab (GILT) at the School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Porto. She authored or co-authored several conference papers, and journal articles. She has taken part in the European Conference on Game Based Learning Conference committee and co-organized several international conferences.
